Stroke Play
Monday August 11th & Tuesday August 12th – Stroke Play (18-holes/day)
- The low 32 players will qualify for match play beginning on August 13th.
- Any ties for the final Match Play qualifying place(s) will be determined by a hole-by-hole playoff, if needed on August 12th.
- NEW IN 2025: The stroke play medalist – after 36-holes of stroke play will be considered the winner of the Osgood Memorial Cup (ties will not be broken).
Match Play
Wednesday August 13th – Round of 32 (a.m.) and Round of 16 (p.m.)
Thursday August 14th – Quarterfinals (a.m.) and Semifinals (p.m.)
Friday August 15th – Finals (18-holes)
Rules of Play: The 2023 Rules of Golf are in effect and are supplemented by the Mass Golf Hard Card. The Committee will provide any additional Local Rules needed at the Championship sites. It is the individual player’s responsibility to know the Terms of the Competition.

Golf Carts, Caddies and Pull Carts: Players may use caddies and/or pull/push carts during the Championship Proper. The use of automotive transportation is NOT permitted.
Starting Times (Stroke Play & Match Play): Can be found on the Massachusetts Women's Amateur home page. Please make sure to be at the 1st tee at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time to ensure that all proper instructions are received from the starter.
The clock at the 1st tee is the official time.
Practice Facilities: The practice range/putting greens/chipping area at Concord Country Club will be open one hour before the first scheduled starting time.
Practice Round: Please read carefully below the instructions for practice rounds.
Dates & Times (based on availability) - please note that no additional dates will be available for practice rounds
- Monday July 21st 12:40pm – 1:30pm
- Tuesday July 22nd 2:00pm – 2:30pm
- Tuesday August 5th 2:00pm – 3:00pm
- Thursday August 7th 10:30am – 11:00am
Notes
- Please email Damon Monks in the Concord Country Club Golf Shop (dmonks@concordcc.org) in order to schedule a practice round. Do not call the golf shop to schedule your practice round.
- No walk-up times will be available.
- There will be a MANDATORY trail fee of $40/player for a practice round –CASH ONLY. (no ATM on site)
- Competitors will be limited to one practice round and may be paired up with other Women’s Amateur Championship competitors.
- Only one ball may be played per competitor during their practice round.
- Practice rounds will be WALKING ONLY – no carts will be allowed for practice rounds.
- If you would like a club caddie for your practice round – email Damon Monks dmonks@concordcc.org
- Caddies may join competitors during their practice round as a caddie, but will not be permitted to play.
- For competitors unable to take advantage of a practice round date or wanting to preview the course just ahead of the championship, competitors/caddies may WALK (no clubs) the course on Sunday, August 10th after 5:00pm.
- The practice putting green will be available for competitors after 5:00pm on Sunday, August 10th. The practice range/short game area will be unavailable on Sunday, August 10th.

Food & Beverage Services:
- Lunch will be provided by Mass Golf for all competitors from approx. 11:00am to 3:30pm, on Monday, August 11th.
- Additional food and beverage services (including bar service) will be available at the players expense (cash only) throughout the week. Spectators and caddies may also purchase lunch.
- Lunch on Tuesday, August 12th is at the player's expense (cash only)
- Lunch for competitors & caddies will be provided by Mass Golf throughout match play on Wednesday - Friday.
- Breakfast services for competitors will not be available.
- Concord Country Club is a dry club - no alcohol for purchase
Concord Country Club does not have an ATM on site - please plan accordingly
On-Course Restroom Facilities: Available at the 4th hole, 9th tee (paddle house), & clubhouse.
Prizes: Stroke Play Medalist - Osgood Memorial Cup | Amateur Champion - Championship Bowl | Amateur Finalist - Curtis Memorial Trophy | Merchandise certificates will be awarded and are only redeemable at the host site.
2026 U.S. Women's Amateur Championship Exemption:
- The winner of the 2025 Massachusetts Women's Amateur Championship will be exempt into the 2026 U.S. Women's Amateur Championship (if eligible).
